It is my passion to empower individuals, teams, management, and boards—helping them develop the capacity to achieve long-term success and growth. In doing so, I maintain a strong focus on relevance for customers and markets, the interests of shareholders and societal stakeholders, and the organization’s meaning for its people and their communities. My natural emphasis on sustainable connection and meaningful relationships enables me to build long-term trust. Loyalty and commitment are the core values that guide my actions.

I have gained my knowledge and skills through a variety of roles and contexts, with a strong focus on governance, management, and leadership for strategic organizational development. My work bridges a background in business administration and information science with expertise in organizational and change management. My experience spans both national and international organizations, at the intersection of public and private challenges. I have worked with a wide range of organizations and sectors across the Netherlands and Europe, as well as in developing countries in Asia and Africa—from multinational corporations to small, highly specialized organizations.

You’ll find me wherever there is a need for renewal and development, particularly in relation to dynamic and complex challenges. My focus areas include strategy and organization, management and governance, culture, and leadership.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy hiking, reading thrillers, going to the cinema, playing golf, and appreciating art and culture. I am married to Marie-José, and together we have four children.
